Blogger just ate my well thought out and brilliant post ;) Seriously though I left Tblog because of this same issue. Uggh.
My legs ache, like I ran a good track workout. I like it. It is an ache I understand. It is comforting. I am a freak I know.
Long marathon track workout tonight 7.5 miles total:
mile warm up 9.02.54 400 pace 1.40.24 400 jog 2.44.51 800 pace 3.19.10 400 jog 3.05.23 1200 pace 4.59.85 400 jog 3.29.40 1600 pace 6.31.91 400 jog 3.45.47 1200 pace 4.56.45 400 jog 3.41.72 800 pace 3.09.74 400 jog 3.31.74 400 pace 1.22.18 (I wanted under 80 on this phooey) mile cool down 9.15.71
Other than not breaking 80 on the last quarter I had a great workout. I was aiming for 6:30 on the mile and slightly slower than that pace before and slightly faster after so I was consistent. And it felt really comfortable so that is good!
